In agreement on the purchase of a standard poodle puppy we voluntarily enter into, and agree to all terms in this contract as witnessed by the signatures below.

COMPANION/PET TERMS

Puppy identified above is guaranteed to two (2) years from the date of purchase for known congenital defects affecting the Standard Poodle breed (i.e. PRA, Sebaceous Adenitis, VWD, Hip Dysplasia). The parents of this puppy have had x-rays to establish that they are free of Hip Dysplasia via OFA; VWD: negative, SA: clear PRA: negative.

I. Buyer agrees this Puppy is sold with Limited AKC registration, which will prohibit breeding and registering offspring. Buyer agrees to SPAY/NEUTER this Puppy no later than one (1) year of age and veterinary confirmation of the procedure supplied to Seller. Buyer will receive a cash rebate of 50% of that cost.

II. Seller shall not be held responsible for the development of non genetic disqualifying faults, diseases or disorders which are due to the Buyer’s negligence.

III. Seller guarantees the Puppy to be healthy at the time of sale and that it has received the age appropriate inoculations and care including worming. The Buyer agrees to have the Puppy examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery. Seller does not assume any liability for injury in any way for said Puppy after transaction.

IV. The Buyer agrees to maintain the Puppy's health in good condition and to provide routine and any other procedures necessary to the dog’s well being including regular grooming and emergency veterinary care. The Seller can offer no further guarantees except the previously mentioned in section I. of this contract.

V. Seller strongly recommends that this puppy attend obedience classes given by a professional instructor and will provide Buyer with a cash bonus of $25 upon successful completion of such a class after the age of six (6) months of age and/or a cash bonus of $100 for an AKC C.D. title when provided with this documentation from the Buyer.

VI. Seller does not approve or condone the "doodle" fad and WILL NOT permit any Standard Poodle carrying the "Seacrest" name to be intentionally cross-bred, for any reason, with any breed. By signing this contract, the Buyer also agrees to this restriction.

VII. Should Buyer chose to break any of the above mentioned covenants of this Agreement, the Agreement shall be considered null and void, and the Seller will have the right to repossess this Puppy at that time.
