Deposit to hold a Puppy, either on the ground or yet to be whelped, as described below:

No Puppy will be reserved without a $500 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. If you decide to wait until the next litter, or a Puppy is not whelped with your preferences described above in the current litter, or if you decide to postpone your new Puppy purchase for any reason, this deposit is fully transferable to a future breeding for twenty-four (24) months from the date it is received.

You do not have to make a deposit to buy a Puppy. You may call at the time the Puppies are available for placing (8-12 weeks) to see if there are any left.

I do not approve or condone the "doodle" fad and WILL NOT permit any Standard Poodle carrying the "Seacrest" name to be intentionally cross-bred, for any reason, with any breed. By signing this contract you also agree to this restriction.
